Language Is EVERYTHING!

The words that we use are super important.

Not just what we say out load to other people and to yourself, but also what you think.

Of course, you can listen to what other people tell you, but what you tell yourself is EVERYTHING!

Our brains are constantly required to filter information, and we have tens of thousand of things that it needs to consider, filter and decide what's important throughout the day.

But our brain only focuses on what we tell it to focus on. Our brain cannot distinguish what is good for us and what is bad.

So if you're regularly thinking about the negative, that's what your brain will focus on.

So how can we turn this thinking around to make it positive?

Simply, start thinking about the positive more than the negative.

Start telling yourself you can.

Of course, life happens and it's probably not realistic to think positively all the time.

But you can be mindful of what you think and turn it into a positive thought.

Always avoid using I can't, I won't, I shouldn't, I'll never be able to; they block any progress or development in the areas that you are thinking about.

Instead say I am, I can,I will, I have. These give your brain direct instructions.

Change your thoughts to positive as much as possible and be aware of your negative thoughts.
